Hwang benefited from Mexico player Jimenez’ good work to give Wolves the lead and they were on the way to establishing a halftime lead before Republic of Ireland midfielder Jeff Hendrick scored the equaliser for the Magpies to ensure that the team from theNortheastern part of the United Kingdom (UK) went into the break on level terms.

Hosts Wolves had the last laugh thanks to the second half winner from Hwang who made it three goals in four Premier League appearances. The South Korean national team star scored the third goal of the game two minutes before the hour mark and it proved to be the winning goal.
Wolves are finding their feet under the new management of former Benfica boss Bruno Lage. The Portuguese tactician has now won his last two games in the Premier League. The latest win at the expense of Newcastle United took Wolves to 12th spot and within one point of the top half.
