WEST HAM LINKED WITH RETURN OF FORMER STRIKER
Premier League club West Ham United have been one of the unbelievable clubs to watch this season and have shocked a lot of people with how well they have progressed in the current campaign. They are currently one of the clubs fighting for a top-four finish and could end up playing Champions League football next season if the odds work in their favor.
They have started making plans on the players they want to sign in the summer and they could well be close to pulling off a surprise signing. So far this season, David Moyes's has transformed the club into genuine top-four hopefuls and although it will not count as a failure if they end up not finishing the season in the top four of the Premier League table, they would still fancy the idea of being in the elite competition next year.
The London club have been linked with a surprise move for their former striker Javier Hernandez and the reports are claiming that they are in line to pull off the transfer this summer. The reports come as a surprise because of how the striker left the club on such controversial terms. According to Hernandez, also known as Chicharito, the club failed to keep to their promise at his time there and it facilitated his departure from England.
Since leaving the club, however, he has found his spark again after moving to the United States Major League Soccer. Although he had a below-par campaign last year he has started this season with a bang and already has five goals in just two games so far.
Hernandez is a player that has a lot of Premier League experience having played for Manchester United in his career, and with Jesse Lingard who is on loan from the Old Trafford side currently in hot form, they could both form a deadly partnership next season.
